Genomic Data Resources
We have generated comprehensive genomic datasets across a broad spectrum of pediatric cancers, many of which are accompanied by rich epidemiologic data, including:
- Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)
- Study design: Case-control
- 7,366 total cases
- Summary statistics for ~20,000 case GWAS
- Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)
- Study design: Case-control
- 1,854 total cases
- Ewing Sarcoma (EWS)
- Study design: Case-control/case-parent
- 674 total cases (279 trios, 30 duos)
- Summary statistics for ~1,800 case GWAS
- Germ Cell Tumors (GCT)
- Study design: Case-control/case-parent
- 1,991 total cases (566 trios, 212 duos)
- Hepatoblastoma (HB)
- Study design: Case-control/case-parent
- 1064 total cases (193 trios, 96 duos)
- Osteosarcoma (OS)
- Case-control/case-parent
- 394 total cases (181 trios, 95 duos)
- Summary statistics for ~2,500 case GWAS
These locally generated datasets are complemented by aggregated public data from major national and international initiatives, enabling cross‑study discovery and validation:
- Childhood Cancer Data Initiative (CCDI)
- Molecular Characterization Initiative (MCI)
- MP2PRT
- TARGET
- Childhood Cancer Survivor Study (CCSS)
- St. Jude LIFE (SJLIFE)
- Childhood Cancer & Leukemia International Consortium
Together, these resources are externally managed to support discovery across diagnosis, treatment response, toxicity, and survivorship.
